Regrettably, I am forced to agree with Iceman. Judge Lipps erred, in my view, in allowing Ma'lik Richmond to accompany his guardians on vacation over the holidays. Given the gravity of this offense, the proper place for the defendant, if he could not be at home with his guardians, would be to be in juvenile detention.

According to reports, the very day that Judge Lipps was to rule on his guardian's request, Richmond reportedly arrived in court with his ankle bracelet in a plastic grocery bag. When lipps let the young man go on vacation i new it was over. Well I new it was over when the coach and all the others testified what great football players i mean people these young men were. I new nothing was going to happen to them. And what they did was horiffic How could the coach knowing what they did be on there side and still let them play. And kick others off the team. All i can say is what a disgusting bunch of people all involved are. And I hope you are punished to the last one.
