Yesterday Kessler said we have $908MM in a rainy day fund, and today he says "We don't have a billion dollars sitting around spare in a bank account anywhere". When will WV get rid of these dishonest Democrat leaders that have kept this state down for 80 years!!! and then we have the WV DOT Secretary stating that while they've issues some Public private Partnership legislation, he doesn't want to look at ways to increase revenues. Why increase revenues to the state, when they can just raise taxes over and over!! give us all a break, this is getting to a level of stupidity where maybe we need a reality show on "WV Government" would probably the funniest show on TV!
