Mr. and Mrs. Roy Waugh
FOLLANSBEE — Mr. and Mrs. Roy Waugh of Follansbee celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner held in September at Undo’s in Weirton.
The couple were united in marriage Sept. 20, 1958, at the Elm Grove United Methodist Church by the late Rev. William Woods.
Waugh is the son of the late Richard and Ruth Alice Waugh. He was the original owner of the Ashland Station in Hooverson Heights and is now a pastor.
His wife, Nancy, is a registered nurse for Brooke County Senior Citizens.
They have four children: Lori Cline of Toronto; Linda Johnson of Follansbee; Carla Boettcher of Follansbee; and Doug Waugh of Pickerington, Ohio.
They also have 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
