WILLIAMS, Cynthia Ann (Moro,) 51, of Rayland, Ohio, passed away suddenly Thursday, May 21, 2009, at her home.
She was born February 19, 1958, in Steubenville, daughter of Joseph A. and Carrie Shaffer Moro who survives.
Cindy was the former branch manager for Allied Home Mortgage Co. in St. Clairsville, Cadiz and New Philadelphia.
She was a member of the Plum Run C.C.C.U. and participated in Hope Ministries.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Edward and Ann Moro, and by her maternal grandmother, Adeline Kramarich.
In addition to her parents, who reside in New Philadelphia, Cindy is survived by her husband, David Williams, whom she married on July 18, 1987, her daughter, Lindsay (Michael) Milton of Tampa, Fla., four brothers, Joseph (Georgia) Moro of Wintersville, John (Cathy) Moro of Steubenville, Timothy (Melissa) Moro of Hopedale, Thomas (Tracy) Moro of Uniontown, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call on Sunday from 6-9 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St., Smithfield; where Services will be held on Monday at 11 a,m.
Pastor Roger Wayne will officiate her service and interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
