Post 557 beats Coshocton

MINGO?JUNCTION?- Wintersville Post 557 scored twice in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat visiting Coshocton, 6-4, Tuesday at Muth Field.

Wintersville (4-3) busted out 11 hits, all singles. Jordan Banks led the way with three of them. Alan Hastwell and Jordan McIntyre contributed two apiece. Post 557 loaded the bases twice with two outs.

It will visit Zanesville today, Richmond on Thursday and host Wellsburg on Friday.

Mike Wilson came on in relief of McIntyre in the top of the fifth inning and got the win. Both pitchers struck out six.
