Baymont Inn and Suites

Calley Williams is announced as the new General Manger of the Baymont Inn and Suites Weirton.

Williams, a graduate of West Liberty State College, started her career as a front desk associate at the Baymont Inn and Suites, Weirton in 2005 and has worked her way up through the company.

She has been an Assistant General Manager and then General Manager in Columbus, Ohio for the past three years.

Williams recently moved back to the area and is excited to start working with the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber has been a great resource for the Baymont Inn and Suites over the past five years and we are looking forward to continuing that relationship. The Baymont Inn and Suites has been a Chamber member since its opening and they have benefited greatly from the connections made through the Chamber. We will continue to make 2009 a great year through our Chamber association.

The Baymont Inn and Suites has 79 well- appointed rooms, all equipped with "micro-fridges;" high-speed, wired or wireless Internet access; a meeting space that will accommodate up to 35 people; a heated, indoor pool and hot tub; and an exercise facility. The addition of an expanded, complimentary breakfast has been a huge hit with our guests.

Upcoming Chamber Events: The Retail Merchants Committee will meet on Monday and the Special Projects Committee will meet on Tuesday. Both meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Chamber Conference Room. The "Leads to Success" Breakfast will be held on Thursday at the Weirton Eat 'N Park Restaurant, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
