FANASE, Shay Jr., passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009, at the age of 21, after a tragic industrial accident. Shay currently resided at 9537 South Voyles Road, Pekin, IN 47165, with his parents, Betsy and Shay and his sister, Nicole. A memorial service will be held at Grayson Funeral Home, 893 High St., Charlstown IN 47111 on Thursday, August 13, 2009, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. A reception will follow. Shay was born and grew up in Weirton, W.Va. His family would like to invite his family and friends to join them for a celebration of his life and memory at Carmans Fireside in Weirton, W.Va., on Sunday, August 16, 2009, from 1-5 p.m. Shay was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Donations may be sent to the Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliation, c/o Shay Fanase, 106 E. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40222.
