Reid — Richardson

WELLSBURG - Shannon K. Reid and Kevin D. Richardson were united in marriage July 11. The 3 p.m. ceremony at First Baptist Church was conducted by the Rev. Steve Mentzer.

Escorted to the altar by her children, the bride wore a handmade dress and carried a bouquet of red and white roses. She is the daughter of E. Kathleen Hundagen and the late John Hundagen Jr.

The groom is the son of Dean and Sharon Richardson of Follansbee.

Susan Richardson, daughter of the groom, and Peyton Reid, daughter of the bride, served as maids of honor, while Grant Reid, son of the bride, served as the best man.

After a reception at Hooverson Heights Fire Hall, the newlyweds took a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

The bride is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor of science degree in business and organizational leadership. She is employed by Schedule Star in Wheeling as an affiliate relations manager.

The groom is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in aerospace engineering. He is employed as the maintenance manager for Flabeg, Solar U.S. Corp. in Clinton, Pa.

The couple reside in Windsor Heights.
