Mr. and Mrs. Albert Horkey

BERGHOLZ - Albert and Sophia Horkey celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner hosted by their five children, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren at the Light House Bistro at Atwood Lake.

They were married July 30, 1949, in Steubenville and have lived in the same residence for all 60 years of their marriage.

Their children are Perry of Amsterdam, Jan Morley of East Springfield, Jill Carrel of Cadiz, Dane of Henryville, Pa., and Lori Coffland of Scio.

She is retired from Jefferson County Court No. 2 in Wintersville, and he is retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
