WELLSBURG — Stacie Lynn Weekley and Michael Watts were united in marriage June 27. The 3:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Mike Campbell at the Weirton Heights Free Methodist Church. Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a taffeta gown with beaded lace appliques. She is the daughter of Thomas and Rhonda Martinka of Wellsburg and Marcia Martinka of Natrona Heights, Pa. The groom is the son of Conrad and Ruth Watts of Follansbee. Nicole Jackson served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Karas, Emily Straker and Jeanann Lauri. Junior bridesmaids were Alyssa Weekley, daughter of the bride, and Madison Martinka, niece of the bride. Abby Kins was the flower girl. Adam Kins served as the best man. Groomsmen were G.P. Sadler, Josh Callahan, nephew of the groom, Jim Watts, brother of the groom, and Richie Weekley, son of the bride. Junior groomsmen were Cody Weekley, son of the bride, and Ryan Watts, nephew of the groom. The ringbearer was Ayden Martinka, nephew of the bride. After a reception at Wellsburg Banquet Hall, the newlyweds went to a cabin in Sistersville. The bride is employed by Ohio Valley Digestive and Nutrition Center in Steubenville. The groom is employed by Crown Closures in Weirton. The couple reside in Wellsburg.
