We, the members of the Homeowner's Association of Ward IV, Inc., would like to take this opportunity to thank the following for cleaning up downtown Main Street:

Mayor Harris, you made a commitment during your campaign that you would work to clean up the downtown including Main Street. You are keeping your promise and we appreciate it. The downtown is looking better than it has for years. Keep up the good work.
