City woman arrested on outstanding warrant from Pa.

NEW CUMBERLAND - On Oct. 16, Hancock County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested a woman wanted on an outstanding warrant from Allegheny County, Pa.
Deputies arrested Jodi L. Fram, 37, of Weirton, at 1:14 p.m. and charged her with being a fugitive from justice.
The original charges by Allegheny County police are unknown.
Hancock County Sheriff Mike White stated Monday that Fram did not post bond and was taken to Northern Regional Jail.
Fram was charged in 2008 in Robinson Township, Pa. with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Other details of her previous record are unknown.
