ALLISON, Norm, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, in Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville, Ohio. Norm was the son of the late Kenneth and Ruth (Moore) Allison of New Manchester, W.Va. He was also preceded in death by his brother, A. Thayer Allison of Chester, W.Va. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn (Glass) Allison at home; two sons, John (Tammy) Allison of Cape May Court House, N.J., and Will (Tracey) Allison of New Cumberland, W.Va.; and four granddaughters, Ashley, Nicole, Haley and Taylor. As requested by Norm, there will be no visitation. A memorial service and burial will be held at the New Cumberland Cemetery In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Point Pleasant Ladies Aide Memorial Fund, 1001 Third Ave., New Cumberland, WV, 26047. The Nixon Funeral Home of New Cumberland handled arrangements.
