David G. Isinghood

ISINGHOOD, David G., 66, died November 11, 2009, at his home in Hartwell, Georgia.

He was born June 29, 1943, in Wellsburg, W.Va., a son of the late Robert and Josephine Isinghood.

He served four years in the Marine Corps.; was retired from Delta Airlines as a mechanic; was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Hartwell; and was a member of the V.F.W. and the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Huggins Isinghood, whom he married December 23, 1965; two sons, David Robert of Alpharetta, Ga. and Damon Fredrick of Greenville S.C.; three sisters, Clara Visnic, Steubenville, Ohio, Jo Ann Knowles, Alton, Ill. and Mary of Charles Town, W.Va.; two brothers, Robert, Ft. Worth, Texas and Richard, Auburndale, Florida; and five grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be celebrated November 21, 2009, at 12 p.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Hartwell, Ga.
