Caniff — Colpo

WEIRTON — Shelley Marie Caniff and Ronald Colpo Jr. were united in marriage Sept. 19 at Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. William Stout officiating.
Escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, Larry Caniff of Follansbee and Adele Caniff of Steubenville, the bride wore an A-line satin gown with a sweep train. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies, green hydrangeas and Queen Anne’s lace.
The groom is the son of Ronald and Susan Colpo of Weirton.
Jaime Romanyak of Weirton served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Ruble of Mingo Junction, Rosanna Conforti of Weirton and Jennifer Herron of Wintersville. Angelina Keske, cousin of the groom, was flower girl.
Anthony Colpo of Weirton served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Jared Romanyak of Weirton, Dennis Allen of Salt Lake City, cousin of the groom, and Brian Allen of Weirton. Jonny Zemaitis, cousin of the groom, was ring bearer.
Following a reception at St. Florian Hall in Wintersville, the newlyweds honeymooned in Palm Beach, Aruba.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and she earned her master’s degree from the university in 2006. She is employed as the admissions manager at Life Line Hospital in Wintersville.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed as the outpatient business development liaison at Life Line Hospital.
The couple live in Weirton.
