Naomi Lodge plans events

The Colliers Naomi Rebekah Lodge 42 met with Noble Grand Marilyn Tallman presiding.

Hope Daugherty's mother, Dora Simmons, turned 100 years old on Nov. 27. She enjoyed receiving many cards.

The lodge's visiting committee made 35 calls, 16 visits and sent 30 cards.

The lodge will send in a donation to the West Virginia Emergency and Disaster Fund.

The West Virginia Vice President of the Rebekah Assembly wants to make her official visit to the Colliers lodge on April 26. Details of the visit will follow.

Lodge members will judge the cultural arts competition for Colliers Primary School.

December will be a busy month for the Naomi Lodge members will pack a serviceman's package at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the lodge. Bring your contribution to the package and help.

Five members are planning to attend the Weirton Lodge 73's Christmas Party on Dec. 11.

Members will be "Santa's Little Helpers" and answer letters sent to him in December. Members will be called as letters arrive.

The Naomi Lodge's Christmas Party is at 6 p.m. on Dec. 14 and members are asked to bring a covered dish.

The next meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 28.
