WEIRTON - Billie Jo Hoyt and Jeffrey M. Dalfol were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 9 at St. Florian Hall in Wintersville.
The mayor of Wintersville, Bob Gale, served as officiant.
The bride is the daughter of William and Candy Hoyt of Weirton. The groom is the son of Bob and Cathy Dalfol of Burgettstown, Pa.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an A-line ivory all-over lace gown and carried a bouquet of amnesia roses, veronica and stock.
Jerrica Dalfol, sister-in-law of the groom, served as matron of honor, and Bobby Dalfol, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Other attendants included Rose Parr, Angel Zajak, Mary Santilli, Tiffany Ivanac, Alex Porecca, Charlie Whiteman, Don Leonhart and Jeff German.
Christany Bartley, niece of the bride, was flower girl, and Zach Dalfol, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Weir High School and 2010 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with an associate degree in science in information technology.
She is employed as an IT consultant with James Boyd Associates in Pittsburgh.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Burgettstown High School and a 2003 graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor's degree.
He is employed at Dalfol Custom Hydraulics in Paris, Pa.
They plan to take a honeymoon trip to Hawaii next summer. The couple reside on Marland Heights in Weirton.
