WINTERSVILLE - Linzy Turner and Michael Elias were united in marriage Dec. 18 at the Bethany Commencement Hall in Bethany.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her parents, Bob and Kim Turner of Wintersville. The groom is the son of Bill and Barb Elias of Uniontown, Pa.
Brooke Turner, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids included Megan Frenz and Mindy Elias, sisters of the groom; Jamie Zadanski, cousin of the bride; and Janna Rusinovich, Nikki Corwell, Courtney Drahos, Jody Wilson, Danielle Friebe, Jenna Kraner and Megan Larch. Lucy Zadanski and Kyle Galownia, cousins of the bride, served as flower girls.
Brandon Katzeff served as best man. Groomsmen included Ryan Frenz, brother-in-law of the groom; Todd Galownia, cousin of the bride; Scott Williams, Jake Miller, Jarred Detweiler, Brian John, Steve Bernacki, Ryan Fiano and Mike Lukach. Georgie Zadanski and Tyler Galownia, cousins of the bride, served as ring bearers.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Weir High School and a 2007 graduate of Bethany College. She is currently attending graduate school and is employed by Jonathan Varner and Associates in Columbus.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Laurel Highlands and a 2008 graduate of Bethany College. He is employed by Verizon Wireless in Polaris.
A reception was held at Oglebay Resort, and the couple honeymooned in St. Lucia.
They reside in Columbus.
