STEUBENVILLE -Tiffany Jo DiCesare and Joseph Thomas Luckino of Steubenville were united in marriage Aug. 1 in a civil ceremony with Stratton Mayor John Abdalla presiding.
Valerie Piccininni, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Frank Luckino III, brother of the groom, served as the best man.
Leigha Grayce Giampolo, daughter of the bride, served as the flower girl.
A reception at EM Media's Bella Hall followed.
The couple renewed their vows on Feb. 13 at Triumph of the Cross with the Rev. Thomas Nau presiding.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Alexis DiCesare of Steubenville. The groom is the son of Frank and Christina Luckino of Wintersville.
The bride is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and Trinity Health System School of Nursing. She is employed with Trinity Health System as a registered nurse in the emergency department and Express Care.
The groom is a graduate of Indian Creek High School and Walsh University with a bachelor of arts degree in corporate communications. He is the owner of Cedar One Properties Ltd. and Luckino Contracting.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and now reside in Steubenville.
