TILTONSVILLE - Bill and Cindy Bruney of Martins Ferry announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandy Renae, to Richard Allen Fetty, son of Vicki and Mac Fetty of Tiltonsville.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2005 graduate of Ohio State University with an English pre-education major. She earned her master's degree in 2007 from Mount Vernon of Nazarene University. She is employed as an English teacher at Pickerington High School North.
Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and 2002 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of health science degree. He is employed as a health finance specialist with the Ohio Department of Health.
