COLLIERS - Ashley Kidder and Tim Ayers were united in marriage on Aug. 28, 2010, at the Holiday Inn in Weirton with the Rev. Jeff Proya officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Kent and Donna Kidder of Follansbee. The groom is the son of Frank and Ruth Ayers of Follansbee and Tom and Deb Dalton of Wintersville.
The bride wore a gown of silk taffeta embellished with beading and crystals and a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of hydrangea, alstomerium and lisanthus.

The maids of honor were Amy Frye of Weirton and Angela Kidder of Costonia, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Brittany Smith of Wellsburg, Danielle Six of New Cumberland and Lori Long of Steubenville, sister of the groom. Hannah Long, niece of the groom, served as the flower girl.
Brad Long of Steubenville, brother-in-law of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Joe Sacripanti of Colliers, Dominic Croce of Weirton, Chris Ray of Follansbee and Brian Cox of Wintersville. Devin Frye, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer.
The bride is a graduate of Brooke High School and West Liberty University with a degree in nursing. She is employed at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in cardiac intensive care. The groom is a graduate of Indian Creek High School and is employed at Rob Boram Construction as a lead carpenter.
The couple honeymooned in Qamea, Fiji. They reside in Colliers.
