WINTERSVILLE - Tera Roberts Kittle and Jason Whanger, both of Wintersville, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Don and Toni Roberts. She is a 1994 graduate of Steubenville High School and a 2002 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed by Trinity Medical Center West as a critical care nurse.
Her fiance is the son of Bill and Joellen Whanger. He is a 1995 graduate of Steubenville High School and is employed as the Jefferson County Air Park manager. He also is a local musician.
