STEUBENVILLE - St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Greenfield, Wis., was the setting for the ceremony that united Therese Wichgers and Jonathan Homol in marriage on Oct. 7. The Rev. Jim Dunfee officiated the 2 p.m. nuptials.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dirk Wichgers of Muskego, Wis., was given in marriage by her father.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Homol of Steubenville.

Mary Arredondo, sister of the bride, served at matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Catherine Bane, sister of the bride; Christina Homol, sister of the groom; Mary Pitcher, niece of the bride; Ana Hahn, sister of the groom; Natalie Pitcher, sister of the bride; Clare Pitcher and Maggie Wichgers, nieces of the bride. Flower girls were Faith Bane and Therese Pitcher, nieces of the bride, and Chiara Homol, niece of the groom.
Michael Homol, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Andrew Rudmann; Zach Hawrot; Sean Crofford; Bob Klatt; John Wichgers, brother of the bride; and Jack and Michael Rook, nephews of the groom. Ring bearers were Christian Arredondo, nephew of the bride and Benjamin Rook, nephew of the groom.
A reception at Panos Banquet Hall in Brookfield, Wis., was held following the ceremony.
They are making their home in Milwaukee.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Muskego High School and is attending University of Wisconsin where she is majoring in education. She is employed with GE Healthcare Institute in Waukesha, Wis.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2010 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he received his bachelor of science degree in business and his master's degree in business administration.
He is employed with Linc Logistics in Racine, Wis.
