STEUBENVILLE - Starkdale Presbyterian Church was the setting for the Oct. 8, 2011, wedding that united Erin Mikesell and Joshua Dennis in marriage. The 3:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Philip Makari.
The bride is the daughter of Lynn Mikesell of Wintersville and Tom Mikesell of Toronto. The groom is the son of Marty and Cathy Dennis of Toronto.
Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her father, the bride chose a white organza A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of green roses, white lilies and hypericum berries tied with a satin ribbon.

Rachel Cotton of Myrtle Beach, S.C., served as matron of honor, and Josh Fleischer of Toronto was best man. Bridesmaids were Erica Mathieu and Emily Mathieu, cousins of the bride; Brittany Hunt; and Vanessa DeCesare, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Phillip Wells; Jeff Littleton; Dan Zurcher, cousin of the groom; and Sean Cooper.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Countryside in Bloomingdale. The couple plan to honeymoon in 2012.
The bride is a graduate of Youngstown State University and is employed by Holiday Inn Express in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The groom is a graduate of Edison High School and is employed by ArcelorMittal in Georgetown, S.C.
The couple reside in Murrells Inlet, S.C.
