Kendziorski — Colflesh

STEUBENVILLE - First Westminster Presbyterian Church in Steubenville was the setting for the Oct. 15 wedding that united Jessica Kendziorski and Matthew Colflesh in marriage. The 2:30 p.m. ceremony was celebrated by the Rev. Jason Elliott.

Escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her parents, Kevin Kendziorski of Hopedale and Glenda Birkhimer of Steubenville, the bride choose a v-neck chiffon gown with pearls, vintage details and a cathedral-length train. She carried a bouquet of white English roses and peacock feathers.

The groom is the son of Richard and Loretta Colflesh of Steubenville.

Jackie Grzeskowiak of Parma served as her twin sister's matron of honor. Stacy Marino of Potomac Falls, Va., also served as her sister's matron of honor. Rebekah Brock, sister of the groom, and Ashley Secocky and Pennie Scarpone of Steubenville, Shannon Wills, Sarah Clouse and Minyet Hua of Columbus all served as bridemaids.

Russell Fry of Huntington, W.Va., was the best man. Groomsmen were Eric Colflesh, cousin of the groom; Robert Brock, brother-in-law of groom; Robert Hammel, Jeremy Clark, and German Ortiz of Steubenville; Michael Kendziorski, brother of the bride of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; Michael Grzeskowiak, brother-in-law of the bride, of Parma; and Jermyn Marino, brother in-law of bride of Potomac Falls.

Katy and Emma Birkhimer, cousins of the bride, of Memphis Tenn., and Irelynd Dempsey, niece of the bride, of Port St. Lucie, were the flower girls.

Wyatt Dempsey, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.

After a reception at the Weirton Knights of Columbus, the newlyweds honeymooned in Tahiti, Moorea and Bora-Bora.

The bride is a graduate of Catholic Central High School. She recieved a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in radiologic technology and a doctorate in physical therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University. She is employed at Elite Physical Therapy and the Laurels of Steubenville as a physical therapist. She is also an assistant volleyball and track coach at CCHS.

The groom is a graduate of Edison High School and Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in biology and a doctorate in medicine. He is employed with Trinity Health System as a doctor of internal medicine.

They live in Wintersville.
