STEUBENVILLE - Resurrection Church in New Albany was the setting for the Oct. 15 wedding of Bridget Allen and Christopher Chapman. The 1:30 p.m. ceremony was celebrated by the Rev. Jerome Rodenfels.
Escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, William and Catherine Allen of Steubenville, the bride chose a taffeta, strapless gown with crystal accents. She carried a bouquet of picasso, white and deep purple calla lilies.
The groom is the son of James and Linda Blake Chapman of Steubenville.

Rachel Allen of Steubenville was the maid of honor, and Adrienne Allen Pisaniello of Pittsburgh was the matron of honor. Mary Kaschak of Washington, D.C., and Delilah Sisler of Harrisburg, Pa., were bridesmaids.
Jonathan Chapman of Galena and J.R. Chapman of Dublin were best men. Ben Watson of Pittsburgh and John McGuire of Mingo Junction were groomsmen.
Following a reception at Creekside Conference and Event Center in Gahanna, the couple honeymooned in the Kohola Coast of Hawaii.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Catholic Central High School, received her bachelor of science degree from West Virginia University and her master of arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed in Columbus as a pediatric speech-language pathologist.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Catholic Central High School and Robert Morris University with a degree in computer engineering. He is employed as a senior hardware engineer in Westerville.
The couple reside in New Albany.
