WINTERSVILLE, Ohio - The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club has named the monthly competition winners for May.
The print winners for the topic of the month "Object in Motion" were Deb Snider, first place; Ernest D'Andrea, second place; and Anissa Wellington and Karen Tindor, third place. Winners for the open category were Dave Rees, first place; Angela McClain and Chris Horvath, second place; and Andy Tindor, third place.
The special effects winners included Becky Mikesell, first place; McClain, second place; and Don Roberts, Claudia Norris, Snider and Barb Momyer, third place.

SPRING EXHIBIT — The spring exhibit of the Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club was held at the Center of Music and Art in Wintersville through May 31. Club members who had pictures on display included Judy Whiting, Steve Whiting, Melissa Bendle, Debra Snider, Lynn Payne, Karen Tindor, Andy Tindor, Claudia Norris, Barb Momyer, Richard West, Sam Rees, Dave Rees, Angela McClain, Don Roberts, Steve Roberts, Chris Horvath, and Diane Bannister. In place of the club's workshop meeting for May, the club and guests met at the Center of Music and Art in Wintersville for the opening of their spring exhibit, which was held at the center during the entire month of May.
It was announced that Deb Snider will take over the position of vice president previously held by Wellington.
