The Weirton United Way is continuing its efforts to raise money to support the 15 member agencies throughout the community which supports those in need by selling cookbooks — put together with recipes from area residents — in the parking lot of the United Way Office at 3205 Pennsylvania Ave. on Tuesday. Cookbooks are $10 each and proceeds will benefit the 2012 United Way Campaign. Pictured is Weirton United Way Executive Director Kristin Bowman-Cross.
