WINTERSVILLE - Gene and Mary Jo Viola of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Irene "Renie," to Jack Ryan Foshee, son of Rick and Carla Foshee of Nacogdoches, Texas.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Indian Creek High School and earned a bachelor's degree in dance from Ohio State University.
Her fiance has a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and a master's degree in environmental policy from Columbia University.
