Lizzie Strain, the daughter of Cassie and Tom Strain of Burgettstown, was crowned the 2012 Burgettstown High School homecoming queen during a halftime ceremony at Saturday afternoon’s football game. Lizzie was crowned after choosing the odd-colored rose. -- Summer Wallace-Minger
