FOLLANSBEE - Devan Marie Jackson and Casey Paul Young were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. April 14 at the Serbian American Cultural Center in Weirton. The Rev. Dave Westphal of Wheeling officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Diane Jackson of Follansbee.
The groom is the son of Sean and Kim Young of Wheeling and Anne Hollandsworth of West Liberty.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a satin, strapless trumpet gown embellished with crystals and featuring a Tiffany train.
Diane Jackson, mother of the bride, was the matron of honor. Joan Simonton, aunt of the bride, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Pugh of Weirton; Katy Romitti of Follansbee; Amanda Martindill of Wellsburg; Nicole Michaux of Wellsburg; and Hillary Seaman of Bethany.
Sean Young, father of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Dave Kukura of Weirton, uncle of the bride; Sean Brown of Weirton; Nathan Cox of West Liberty; Matt O'Hara of Windsor Heights; and Jeremy Griffith of West Liberty.
Emma Palmer of Hudson, Ohio; and Madelon, Chelsea and Isabella Vido, cousins of the bride, all of Florida, were the flowergirls.
Chaise Griffith of West Liberty was the ringbearer.
A reception was held in the Grande Ballroom at the Serbian American Cultural Center.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of Trinity School of Nursing in Steubenville. She is employed as a registered nurse at Wheeling Hospital.
The groom is a National Guard aircraft mechanic at the Wheeling-Ohio County Airport.
The couple live in Valley Grove, W.Va.
