Amy Dugan, spokeswoman for Chesapeake Energy, presented a $1,000 check to the Follansbee Chamber of Commerce for the Veterans Memorial Fountain it established at Follansbee Park with the help of Follansbee Council, the 20th Century Woman’s Club and many local businesses. With Dugan, center, are Chamber Executive Director Debbie Puskarich and Chamber President Tony Paesano.
