LLOYD, Mildred, 95, of Wintersville, died Thursday October 25, 2012, at Trinity West.
She was born September 14, 1917, in Beckley, WV, the daughter of the late Luther Hodges and Marie McCray.
Mildred was a Catholic and retired from the former St. John Medical Center housekeeping Department, so could baby sit her grandchildren, with the birth of her first granddaughter in 1986.
Mildred is also preceded in death by her husband; David A. Lloyd, brothers; Robert, Basil and Jack English and sisters; Hazel Straka, Marie Liggett and Betty Saunders.
Surviving are one son, David J. Lloyd, of Wintersville, one daughter, Shirley Harlan of FL. daughter-in- law, Debbie Lloyd; four grandchildren; Chelsea and Sean Lloyd, Lisa Teets and Eddie Marlowe and four great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to a memorial service Sunday, 12:30 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville. Msgr. Kurt Kemo will officiate.
