Weirton Senior Center to hold dance today with Eldurays

WEIRTON - The Greater Weirton Senior Center will hold their third Thursday dance from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. today at the center located on Main Street.

The Eldurays will perform. The doors open at 5 p.m. The cost is $5 and includes hot dogs, coffee and punch.

Pumpkins rolls are for sale, and the order deadline is Dec. 7. The cost is $8. To order or pick up a roll, call the center at (304) 748-3490.

Gift mart benefits shelter

WEIRTON - A holiday gift mart will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Masonic Lodge, located behind AT&T and Advanced Auto Parts.

The event, hosted by Debbie Lawton of Country Delights, features more than 25 local crafters, and benefits the Hancock County Animal Shelter.

Items include cookies, salsa, wreaths, Pittsburgh Steelers apparel, Tastefully Simple, Jewelry by Tink, dog treats, Scentsy, Velata, scarves, crafts, Avon, Pampered Chef, tutus, hair bows, Product 31, Michi, Signature Home, candy, aprons, ornaments, stocking stuffers, pillows and infant items. The event includes a Chinese auction, and lunch will be available.

Animal shelter representatives will be on hand to collect dog and cat food, litter, old clean towels, paper towels, leashes, bleach and monetary donations.

Lodge holding pasta dinner

WEIRTON - The Weirton Elks Lodge 1801 will hold its monthly pasta dinner from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday for members and guests at the lodge located on Main Street.

The dinner includes salad, pasta, bread and butter, dessert and coffee or tea. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children age 10 and under. A ticket will be selected for a free dinner at next month's Pasta Sunday.

Shiloh holding services

WEIRTON - The Shiloh Apostolic Faith Assembly will have a pre-Thanksgiving service at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 20 at the church located at 3000 Weir Ave.

A Thanksgiving Eve Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Bethlehem Apostolic Temple, located at 330 N. Main St., Wheeling.

Church holding Women's Day

WEIRTON - The Apostolic Lighthouse Church Missionary will hold their annual Women's Day service, "Living to Please God" at 12;30 p.m. Nov. 24 at the church located on Kings Creek Road.

A buffet luncheon will be served.

Craft show benefits center, guard

BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. - A craft show will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 9 with more than 25 local vendors and crafters at the Burgettstown Kids Center.

The event benefits the kids center and defrays costs for the Burgettstown High School Winterguard to attend two competitions.

The kids center will be serving concessions and organizing a Chinese auction. The winterguard will hold a bake sale.

Items available include Tastefully Simple, Scentsy, Velata, Cutie Patootie, Celadon Road, Mary Kay, 31, Avon, It Works, Premier Jewelry, Celebrating Home, Tupperware, Initials Inc., tutus, hair accessories, scarves, snowmen, lighted bottles, wooden holiday crafts.
