The Academy of Lifelong Learning concluded the fall season of activities with a brunch and musical program Nov. 10 at the Steubenville Country Club.
Entertainment was provided by the choral group of academy members directed by Joel Everly and by accordionist Rick Pastre of Smithfield.
Greetings were offered by Eunice Lincoff, academy president, and by the Rev. Richard Davis, T.O.R., vice president of community relations at the Franciscan University of Steubenville and adviser of the academy. Margery Gregg gave the invocation.
Janet Saner was in charge of decorations, and pictorial boards of the fall classes and tours were presented and displayed by Frances Hughes.
The academy is an organization of senior citizens engaged in educational classes and trips and is sponsored by the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Activities will resume in the spring with a six-week series of classes. For information, contact Lincoff or the community relations department at the university.
