AVELLA, Pa. - The Cross Creek Valley Senior Community Center has announced events for December.
They include:
10 a.m., cards; 12:15 p.m., bingo; and 2 p.m., crafts, Dec. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
10:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wii sports; and 12:15 p.m., Pokeno, Dec. 4, 11 and 18.
11:30 a.m., Christmas party; 12:15 p.m., George Suhon entertains; and 1:15 p.m., Bingo mania, Dec. 5.
10:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wii Sports; and noon, bingo, Dec. 6, 13 and 27.
10:15 a.m., cards; noon, bingo; and 2 p.m., crafts, Dec. 7, 14, 21 and 28.
10 a.m., cards; 11 p.m., blood pressure screening; 12:15 p.m., monthly business meeting; and 1 p.m., bingo mania, Dec. 12.
noon, senior life program reviewed and refreshments served; and 1:15 p.m., bingo mania, Dec. 19.
10:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wii Sports; 10:30 a.m., Cross Creek Valley Rosies; and noon, bingo, Dec. 20.

The center will hold Farmers Market Days Dec. 5 and 19. A Wal-Mart shopping trip will be held Dec. 8.
