The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club recognized special award winners at its recent fall banquet.
Those recognized included Don Roberts of Wintersville, who won the "People's Choice Award;" Dave Rees of New Cumberland, "Member's Choice Award;" and Ruth Bovalina of Burgettstown, "Best of Show" in slides.
