Theft: Large inflatable snowman taken from yard in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue, Saturday.

Vandalism: Three windows broken at Buena Vista Methodist Church, 3801 Schenley Ave., Saturday.

Arrested: Lance M. Desper, 30, Ironton, petit theft warrant, improper display of plates and possession of hypodermic needle, Saturday.

Arrested: Ronald L. Sechel, 52, no fixed address, intoxication, Saturday.

Shots fired: Report of shots fired around 7:26 a.m. Sunday in the area of Wilkins and Oregon avenues. Officers found no evidence of shots fired.

Vandalism: Four tires flattened on vehicle in the 1300 block of Euclid Avenue, Sunday.

Cited: Jason L. Garrison, 27, 334 Bradley Ave., Wintersville, driving with a suspended license and loud exhaust; Edward L. McFadden Jr., 66, 636 Gilbert Ave., Follansbee, failure to signal turn; Tyler J. Scibetta, 21, 113 First St., Follansbee, loud exhaust and no seat belt; Donnell Turner, no age listed, 1223 Wellesley Ave., driving with suspended license.

Arrested: Lloyd M. Hayes, 25, 1306 Park St., bench warrant out of municipal court, Sunday.

Break-in: Unoccupied house in the 100 block of Uniting Street, Mount Pleasant, broken into and electrical wiring and copper piping taken, Sunday.
