The Bloomingdale Village Building will be the site of Trim-A-Tree and Christmas caroling festivities on Sunday beginning at 4 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to bring an ornament to help decorate the village tree.
Cookies and hot chocolate will be served at the Bloomingdale United Methodist Church following the caroling.
The Mingo Junction Senior Center Christmas party will be held Dec. 14 at the Mingo Knights of Columbus Hall, beginning at 6 p.m.
The event will include food, music, prizes and a cash bar.

The Habitation of God's Glory sponsored by the P.O.W. Intercessory Prayer Ministry will welcome Evangelist Joey Talley of Atlanta, Ga., as the special speaker Friday and Saturday at the River Christian Fellowship Church located at 183 Nesley St., Empire.
He will minister both days at 7 p.m.
He also will minister at Sunday church services at 10:30 a.m.
"A revivalist and trendsetter," Talley has ministered with Jentzen Franklin and Perry Stone, has been on TBN and DayStar and also has appeared with Marcus and Joanne Lamb.

The East Springfield Community Recreation & Service Center on county Road 39 will host a breakfast brunch in the new building on Saturday from 8 a.m. to whenever.
The menu will include pancakes, buckwheat cakes, french toast, belgium waffles, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, coffee, juice and tea.
Cost is by donation.

There also will be a community craft show and bake sale there from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
