Nov. 27

Robert Ingram Jr., Steubenville, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license (administrative) and was found guilty. Fined $200 and assessed court costs.

Nov. 28

Gregory Six II, New Cumberland, charge of driving under the influence dismissed and refiled as reckless driving, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charge of striking a highway fixture dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Terrance Richardson, Steubenville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (second offense). Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with a SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor) unit. Fined $1,000 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving under the influence (third offense) and driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Nov. 30

Joshua Ervin, Carnegie, Pa., charges of child neglect creating risk of injury and possession of controlled substance transferred to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.

Michael Barnhart, of Weirton, two felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender dismissed and refiled as one misdemeanor count of failure to register, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined $250 and assessed court costs.

Patrick Curran, Weirton, charge of child abuse resulting in injury transferred to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.
