RUSNAK, Everett "Rudy", 62, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away suddenly Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, in his home.
He was born Dec. 15, 1950, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Stanley and Bertha Mae (Bell) Rusnak.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara "Barbie" Henry.
Rudy served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Brilliant American Legion Post 573. He worked as a screen operator at Kinder Morgan in Industry, PA. Rudy was a very devoted grandfather.
Surviving are his son, John "Rooster" (Amy) Rusnak, Jr. of Mingo Junction; two grandchildren, Hunter Rusnak and Harley Beckett; a great-grandchild, Rylee Boughan; three brothers, Michael (Dee Dee) Rusnak of Brilliant, Ohio, Stanley Rusnak of Cleveland, Ohio and Sandy Rusnak of Weirton, WV; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, where his funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jim Monogioudis, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery, with Military Honors by the Brilliant American Legion Post No. 573.
