WEIRTON - Thomas Graham entertained with Christmas music and the tables were decorated with poinsettias during Moving On's Dec. 9 meeting at Undo's.

Norma Boni presided and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, and members sang "God Bless America." Christine Brown gave the reading, "If You Look For Me at Christmas," and Fred Vogt offered the blessing and closing prayer.

Lucretia "Toots" Ross gave the secretary's report, and Margaret Chapman the treasurer's report.

New member Cindy Gilbert and guest Jayme Browning were welcomed. Christmas cards were exchanged.

Boni noted there will be no meetings in January and February. At the March meeting, dinner will cost $12. Beginning in March, Christine Brown will coordinate observation of birthdays.

December birthdays were acknowledged and members sang "Happy Birthday."

Madeline Michael and Ross conducted the 50/50 drawing, which Ruth Jackson won. Henrietta Malesick and Ann Zmuda won Undo's gift certificates. Jeannette Spear and Nick Smarella won prizes. Fred Vogt, Jayme Henderson, Astrid Bricker, Cindy Gilbert and Delores Proakis won centerpieces. Nancy Sollinger won the drawing for a musical angel.

The next meeting will be held March 10 at Undo's.

Those interested in joining the group may contact Janet Saner at (740) 537-4487.
