MILLER, Dwight D. "Toby" Sr., 51, of Wellsburg, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Weirton Medical Center.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, New Years Day, Jan. 1, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and again on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, from 10 until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at the Chambers Funeral Home, 1030 Main Street, Wellsburg, with the Reverend Angel Adams of New Day Christian Center, Wellsburg, officiating.
Interment will follow in Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Beech Bottom.
