Weirton Medical Center welcomed its first baby born in 2013 on Thursday. Stephen Parker Reed, the son of Cheri and Travis Reed of Toronto, was born at 3:02 p.m. The family was presented with a variety of gifts from the staff of Weirton Medical Center in recognition of it being the hospital's first birth of the year. -- Contributed
