Bill Ahlborn, Chester, pleaded no contest to permitting a dog to run at-large and was found guilty. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Simion Carr, Chester, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license (administrative, third offense) and was found guilty. Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $150 and assessed court costs. Pleaded no contest to failure to maintain control and was found guilty. Fined $25 and assessed court costs.

Thomas Brookover, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of domestic battery. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit given for four days served and the remaining days suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs. Charge of violating a protective order dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Curtis Anderson, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a $35 probation fee. Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (DUI). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation, to run concurrent with other case. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a probation fee. Charge of fleeing while DUI dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Derek Bragg, Newell, charge of grand larceny dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Candace Knox, Weirton, indicted by Hancock County grand jury on two counts of child neglect with risk of injury.
