Cited: Roberta Hill, 61, 1332 Oregon Ave., red light; Travis Vojvodich, no age listed, 460 Gumps Lane, Wintersville, failure to control; John J. Scardina, 38, Wintersville, driving with suspended license and red light; and Petera N. Robinson, 41, 320 Terrace Ave., failure to yield.

Theft: Jewelry and clothing taken from apartment in the 200 block of North Fourth Street, Monday.

Vandalism: Two tires flattened on vehicle in the 1300 block of Maryland Avenue, Monday.

Assault: Two people assaulted at apartment around 4:30 p.m. Monday in the Market Street Apartments. Both were taken to Trinity Medical Center West for treatment.

Arrested: Bryan DiFilippo, 19, 2503 Cherry Ave., domestic violence, Monday.

Break-in: House on state Route 152, Dillonvale, broken into through back door and two TVs taken, Monday.

Arrested: Jonathon A. Barnhart, 26, Apartment C, 935 Yankee St., Wellsburg, bench warrant, Jan. 15.

Arrested: Dorothea M. Snyder, 28, Apartment 8, 490 Burgoyne Ave., Follansbee, domestic battery, Sunday.

Arrested: Ashley M. Johnson, 23, Wellsburg, possession of heroin, Friday.

Arrested: Justin M. Grove, 24, 940 Clifton St., Follansbee, violation of protective order, Friday.

Theft: A pistol was taken from a home on Pennsylvania Avenue in Colliers between Jan. 1 and Saturday. There was no sign of forced entry.


Arrested: Kimberly Anne Engle, 29, of Hookstown, Pa., bringing stolen property into the state, Wednesday.

Arrested: Robert Mitchel Miller, 23, 105 Cooper Street, Weirton, driving while suspended for driving under the influence, Wednesday.

Arrested: Robert Matthew Morgan, 24, of Bulger, Pa., two counts of destruction of property, Thursday.

Arrested: Ashley Michele Johnson, 23, Wellsburg, driving under the influence and left of center, Friday.

Arrested: Roy Lee Groppe, 39, 1104 Main St., Follansbee, domestic assault and obstructing an officer, Sunday.
