Skidmore, 55, 78 Town St., possession of drug, amended to attempted drug abuse, and possession of drug abuse instrument, 30 days in jail; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; Antwon Touvell, 21, 172 East St., Mount Pleasant, criminal trespass, four days in jail; and Brandy West, 20, Apartment A, 1130 Lincoln Ave., petit theft, 40 hours community service.
