Dreama Stimpak, Weirton, pleaded guilty to failure to have a child attend school (second offense). Sentence of 20 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $50 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee.

Deidre Myers, Weirton, pleaded no contest to failure to have a child attend school and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs.

Henry Nicholson, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to violation of a protection from domestic violence order. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 33 days served. Assessed $160.80 in court costs. Pleaded guilty to public intoxication. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 33 days served, to run concurrent with other sentence. Assessed $160.80 in court costs.

Ethan Harms, Weirton, pleaded guilty to destruction of property. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $50, assessed $185.80 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution.

Brandy Thortis, Chester, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined $200 and assessed court costs. Charge of leaving the scene of an accident dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Feb. 13

Lori Baire, Weirton, charge of permitting driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Damian Hetzer, Monaca, Pa., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentenced to time served (17 hours). Fined $500 and assessed $340.80 in court costs.

Ryan Cunningham, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $500 and assessed $315.80 in court costs. Charges of driving on a suspended license (non-DUI) and driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.
