WINTERSVILLE - Gary and Nancy DiBiase of Wintersville have announced the engagement of their daughter, Eden Elizabeth, to Joe Margaria, son of Jo Margaria of Avella.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Brooke High School and is employed at the Weirton Heights Day Care Center.
Her finance is a 2005 graduate of Avella High School and is employed by Dave's Auto of Follansbee.
