Feb. 12

Adam Goff, New Cumberland, charges of brandishing a deadly weapon and assault dismissed at defense counsel's request and with no objection from the state.

Feb. 13

Tracy Gannon, Weirton, two counts of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Christopher Morris, Washington, Pa., pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $100 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee. Charge of driving left of center dismissed.

Elizabeth Megill, Georgetown, Pa., pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee.

Jeffrey Baire, Weirton, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $200 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee. Charges of driving on a suspended license (administrative), driving left of center and speeding dismissed at prosecutor's request.

James Allison, Castleberry, Fla., pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license (DUI) and was found guilty. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Pleaded no contest to no motor vehicle inspection and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving without a license and without proof of insurance dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Richard Skiles, New Cumberland, charge of knowingly permitting driving under the influence dismissed without prejudice at defense counsel's request and with no objection from the state.

William Freeman, Chester, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order. Sentenced to 60 days in jail. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to two counts of fleeing. Sentenced to 60 days in jail on each, to run concurrently. Fined $250, and assessed court costs, on each.
